Wedding Venue | Brown Family Homestead
My absolute favorite wedding venue in Washington – Brown Family Homestead sits against the quaint mountains just outside of Leavenworth. It’s wild flower meadows and mountain views provide a boho but free wedding venue for literally the most picturesque photos. Whether you’re looking for something whimsical, or looking for a wedding venue that won’t look like everyone else’s, this spot fits the bill. You are able to rent the venue for the entire weekend which provides lodging and a treehouse for the couple to stay in overnight. It also has private lake front access to Lake Wenatchee! This venue is what dreams are made of.
The Happy Couple
If the wedding venue wasn’t perfect enough, the two saying “I do” made it so. Jessie and Bennett have the kind of love that wraps itself around you like a big hug. I send all of my potential wedding clients a questionnaire so I can learn a little bit about them before the big day. Jessie’s responses showed me just how much she adored her future spouse.
“…we’ve grown immensely on how to take care of one another.”
That’s the good stuff. That line had me crying at my keyboard and I couldn’t respond quickly enough saying how much I was excited to be their wedding photographer! The ability to grow alongside the person you love is the most pure testament to the strength of your bond. These two are both health care professionals working through the craziness that has been the past two years. And rather than be crushed under the weight of it all, they pushed through and grew together. I am forever grateful that I got to be a part of this epic love story.
And yes, Aspen their amazingly cute perfect pup completely stole the show. She was the VIP, very important pup the entire day. I will always advocate for having your fur-children apart of all of your special moments.
