I get it, weddings are hard to plan. If you’re getting married in the immediate Spokane or Coeur d’Alene area and looking for the ultimate wedding vendor guide? I’ve got you covered! This blog is dedicated to a group of vendors I’ve personally worked with countless times that I would hire myself in a heartbeat.
Finding the perfect wedding venue is the hardest part of planning a wedding. You have to decide if you want indoors or outdoors, your budget and of course the venue availability! Don’t compromise on your vision. There are so many places in our area that accommodate all budgets, and I know that you’ll be able to find one that fits your vision.
I’ve put together a list of my favorite venues in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area that I’ve personally worked at. These venues are in a reasonable price range, make beautiful backdrops, and are super accommodating to their couples! They all go above and beyond rain, wildfire, or shine … even in a snowstorm, to make sure you will have the best experience possible.

Where do we start with wedding hair? My advice is to start planning this vendor 8-10 months in advance.
Make sure you set a time with your hairstylist to do a trial run (or two)! This ensures you will get the hair that you want for your special day! There’s nothing you can’t do when you have a good hair day, I promise.

DJ’s are such an important part of an amazing wedding reception! If your main form of entertainment at your celebration is music and dancing then I highly recommend these two DJ’s! You will never want the party to stop.
I know sometimes you think it’s easier to just have Uncle Joe handle your Spotify playlist, but having a professional will definitely make your reception a million times better! Not only can get they get people out of their seats, but it also gives your guests that opportunity to request songs. They keep the flow going and you don’t have to worry about weird downtime!

Wedding florals can really emphasize everything you’ve wanted for your special day. They’re such a vital part in decoration and establishing the aesthetic that you’re wanting to accomplish. I promise you that fake flowers are just not the same. You can’t smell the beauty and really appreciate the decorations with fake flowers! I’m not saying you have to go all out… but real flowers and greenery are always a good idea for wedding and reception decor.
If you’re having a small wedding and you feel like real flowers aren’t worth it… they are. You can always preserve your bouquet or floral arrangements to remember the day. These can make amazing art pieces to have in your home!
