I knew at a young age how important documenting moments in your life really was and from there I started this wonderful and weird career of mine. I have been photographing people for 13 years now, 7 of those years have been full time. I have travelled all over the US and now the world to create memories for other humans and to me it's hard to even call this a "job" most days. I photograph in both digital and 35mm/medium format film. I believe in telling every love story in the most intentional and joyful way possible. I want you to be able to see yourself in my work.
I rescued Laska when I was 19 in Southern California. I had no idea what I was doing and that was the most beautiful part. Together, we travelled the entire west coast camping & hiking in some of the most beautiful places one can ever hope to share with a dog. Finding the beauty with her is forever a core and vital part of my life, and I hope everyone gets to experience a love like I did with her. She taught me to slow down, take it all in, and really revel in the moments. I gave all of my heart and soul to her, and she did to me too. 14 years wasn't nearly enough time. but I will be forever grateful she chose me to be her dog mom.

Washington might be my home, but my heart is called to travel. My favorite place that I've been so far is Patagonia. Next on the list would be Greece! Random facts about me: I'm a little weird...I believe in ghosts and aliens. I love Hozier. I basically grew up in Pullman - GO COUGS!... I cry every time I watch the Holiday. I have 2 cats named Odin and Bean, and a Mini Aussie named Meeko. My perfect Friday night would be nerding out playing Super Mario, watching Ghost Adventures, or going on an Alien tour in the desert while eating In-N-out Burger.
I am what you would call an adventurous homebody. I value nature and the beautiful Earth we live in, but also love snuggling on my couch with my little fur family. I am introverted to the core, but when I feel safe or like i've found my people I am instantly in my element and able to be myself. On a normal day catch me binging my favorite show (Schitts Creek) with a messy bun and a Starbucks refresher in my hand, or wandering aimlessly through target for what I like to call "self care".

When we got engaged, two things were important. An amazing dress and an amazing photographer. WOW did I hit the lottery with Jaime. She was so incredibly responsive, professional, and FUN. Like, can we be IRL friends? But don't let that take away from her incredible talent. She is a true expert. She worked with our desert outdoor lighting, chasing golden hour when the clouds rolled in, and I am absolutely SWOONING over our photos. A good photographer, especially one that understands outdoor lighting dynamics is worth their weight in gold. Jaime, is a whole other level. She went above and beyond on our wedding day, rolled with unexpected timing changes, and pitched in to help with all the little details that she didn't even have to. HIRE HER if you're lucky enough to catch her with availability. Don't even think about it. Your forever photos will thank you.

I have known Jaime since high school, and I have seen her grow with her photography business. She is everything any bride to be will want in a photographer. She is professional, fun, organized, and it all shows in her work. I have chosen Jaime for family, boudoir, engagement, and my wedding and I have never been disappointed. On my wedding day, everything that could have gone wrong, did. But Jaime made all the worries go away. Sometimes I have a hard time trying to decide what I loved more about my big day, getting married or the end result of the gorgeous pictures we received. If you live in the spokane/CDA area you kmust look into hiring Jaime, you will not be disappointed!

Jaime is an incredible person and photographer. It was an absolute honor to have her document our wedding. She is thoughtful, calm, genuine and an absolute delight to be around. I never imagined someone would be able to capture the authenticity and energy of our relationship so beautifully. Looking through our wedding photos is like being right back in the moment- something I wasn't expecting to feel so distinctly. She brought so much love (and organization) to our wedding day, I can't recommend her enough. Working with Jaime was a highlight of our engagement/wedding and we feel so fortunate to have gotten to know her through the process. Jaime, you are INCREDIBLE and I can't wait to see you again. THANK YOU. And to any future brides/grooms looking to book a photographer, congratulations, you've found her!
I have a feeling she will be a lifelong friend. Working with Jaime is like working with your best friend. She is so attuned to what you need and want, and she has such a talent for making you feel comfortable. Her skill set far exceeds capturing breathtaking photos- she is also excellent at creating a fun and happy atmosphere behind the scenes. Tl;dr: Jaime is a kind soul, an amazing photographer, and I have a feeling she will be a lifelong friend.
Thank you Jaime for making my wedding such an unforgettable experience!
