A maternity session on Film and Digital at Golden hour in Seabeck, WA.
This session was incredibly special to me. Today you get to meet Riss + Steven, two absolutely amazing creatives that trusted me to capture one of the most special times in their lives. Seriously go check out their work! They flew up from Arizona summer heat to enjoy the PNW in all of it’s glory during the best time of year. This golden hour maternity session truly lit up my world, and turned out better than I could have hoped for them.
Incorporating film into every session really lets you have the nostalgia and remember how it really felt.
Film is unedited, straight from my camera. I love love love shooting 35mm + Medium format film because it allows me to slow down and really be intentional with what I am capturing. We met out in Seabeck at Scenic Beach and it was the most perfect sunset evening on the water. The colors danced, we celebrated them and this new phase of life, and it was just a perfect evening for a maternity session.
