Love is love, an Oregon Coast session for the wild lovers

Buckle up and grab the tissue box, this session will make you emotional in all of the best ways. Katelyn and Katrina are a true love story. Not only do these two have such an infectious and playful relationship, they are down right romantic and fully invested in making sure their relationship is constantly thriving and full of honest love. This session is a perfect showcase of the moody Oregon coast, and how a couples session can be absolutely magical there.

The Oregon coast is my absolute favorite place. I mean I got married there myself. But being able to document love stories there is just something special. It is it’s own world and for that, I can’t wait to share these with you.

This couples session on the Oregon Coast is a perfect way to begin pride month and recognize how beautiful all love is.

This day was so important to me because I love Katelyn to pieces. She is an absolutely talented photographer herself. My biggest goal for this couples session was that I wanted them to feel safe, loved, and for them to both feel open to show up and be completely them.

Being vulnerable in front of the camera can be so hard, but letting people interact and showcase who they are at their core as humans is what I want most as feedback from people who make their way in front of my camera.

Where should we have our session on the Oregon Coast?

I have SO many hidden little gems in my back pocket. This session was at the beautiful Hug Point State park and is probably my favorite area on this area of the coast.

Hug point offers a perfect backdrop for Oregon Coast sessions, and especially couples. It has the beautiful sandstone walls, mossy covered rocks to use when the tide gets high, and a beautiful waterfall run off tucked away by some sea caves.

Other noteworthy places I love in this area: Cannon Beach, Arcadia Beach, Manzanita bluffs, and Oswald West State Park.
