Watch out Bainbridge Island, the cutest family that has ever existed are your new neighbors. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these two. They are so kind and wonderful, and are raising such a beautiful little boy together. It has been such an honor doing their family photos for the last couple years, and I was so excited to head to their new home and do this Bainbridge Family Session for them!
Bainbridge island is one of my absolute favorite places to sneak away to. Just a quick ferry ride and you are away from the city to likely have an entire beach to yourself for the afternoon. If you are lucky enough, you might see some sea lions or whales in the distance as they frequent this area.
My favorite way to do family sessions is to just let you interact. I think candid is best, and so I just tell you to explore, play, and let the kids be kids. The most important thing about documenting your life is doing it in a way that you can really look back and feel. You are important. Even if life feels messy and hard, showcasing who you are in the most authentic way possible is the key.
